SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

  1. Standard shipping: We offer free standard shipping all over India  .Under standard shipping, it takes 7-8 business days for us to process and dispatch all domestic orders. Additional 5-6 days it will take for delivery.  
  2. Express shipping and handling: Express shipping and handling is available to customers who need their products sooner. Under express shipping, it takes 2-3 business days for us to process and dispatch orders. Additional 3-4 days it will take for delivery.  
  3. We ship orders using DTDC / Blue Dart / Trackon, etc.
RETURN POLICY 
Returns are only accepted in the following conditions
  1. Damaged (Unboxing video is must)
  2. Defective (Unboxing Video)
  3. Size issues:  If there is a size issue (customer needs to share the picture of the product measuring it with the tape, if our size chart is proven wrong we will correct it and assist with a free return label and once the return is received we will assist you with refund, coupon code or replacement. 
  4. If the size chart is correct and if the product is not the correct size for you, you need to return it to our US return center at your expense and share the tracking details. Once we receive the return we will send you a confirmation email and we can offer replacement or a coupon code only.
  5. Missing product (Unboxing Video).
  6. Wrong product received (Pictures needed), Wrong size (Picture of size tag needed).

  8. For International returns, the customer is responsible for sending the product back to our store in India. 
  9. We will issue a refund back in the form of store credit that can be used for future purchases on our website (after deducting shipping and payment processing charges). 
  10. The store credit will have validity of 1 year. Incase the store credit is not used in 1 year, it will be expired and can not be renewed.
  11. Store credit will be issued for the full product price paid by the customer.
Please note that the following products shall not be eligible for return or exchange:
  • Any product that exhibits physical damage to the product or is not in the original condition
  • If the product is customized for you (e.g – lehenga with custom stitching or sarees with fall & edging, stitched blouses, etc)
  • If the Return or Exchange is requested after 3 days of receiving the shipment. 
  • 100% Pure Silk Sarees are not eligible for return. These are unique handwoven pieces that are produced on demand.  
  • Orders placed using store credit (either part or in full) are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Orders placed using store credit (either part of in full) are not eligible for any discounts. 

CANCELLATION POLICY 

  1. Cancellations are accepted within 24 hrs of placing the order and a 6% (credit card/ Payment transaction fee) will be deducted for a refund irrespective of whether the cancellation is done within or after 24 hrs. Transaction fees will not be deducted for store credit. 
  2. Cancellations after 24 hrs cannot be accepted. However, customers may request changes to the ordered items (Size changes) if they are not in transit. The team will handle these requests on an individual basis.
